Job Description:

The Israeli branch of one of the largest retailers in the world is hiring an accomplished senior product manager. The manager will lead information managem3ent and profile experiences through definition and creation of the product vision, full life-cycle management and diligent optimization of the product until perfection is achieved.


Responsibilities:

Lead the profile product domain, guiding product teams and developers in building the company's information management and profile aspects.

Become the point of contact and owner of the profile and information management products.

Own full product lifecycle - from ideation to wireframes to development prioritization and post-launch optimization.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure product success.

Collaborate with engineers to oversee product implementation, testing and technical requirements.


Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as a large scale B2C product manager.
  • 2+ years of experience managing product managers and teams.
  • Experience with big data, large scale performance and data privacy concerns.
  • Experience writing PRDs for B2C web offerings (including wireframes with Visio, Balsamiq or similar).
  • Experience with information architecture with passion for user experience.
  • Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, MixPanel, Omniture etc.).
  • Proven experience building products in an Agile environment.
  • Proven experience working with US clients, partners, managers and markets.
  • Fluent, high level English in writing and speech.
