Job Description:

A successful consumer transportation mobile application is looking for a talented product manager to improve the company's product portfolio.

The manager will work with the company's B2B and B2C products, both from the client and server sides. While also collecting and processing requirements.


Responsibilities:

Assume and maintain full ownership of each products features and its full life cycle.

Work in different markets, cultures and heterogeneous user bases (B2B & B2C in 3 different continents) to gather requirements.

Back every decision made with data.

Lay out KPIs to define success and monitor feature performance.

Manage a portfolio of Mobile and Web projects through full project life-cycle including: requirement capture scoping and documentation, development and testing stages through to implementation and sign off.

Analyze potential partner relationships.

Collaborate with R&D to define product release requirements, with operations to translate local needs into a global road map, and marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.

Inspire, motivate, train, and manage the team to deliver an awesome experience to all stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of product management experience, including consumer mobile, web, SaaS & B2B products.
  • Proven experience delivering successful consumer internet products and features.
  • Hands-on experience with UX design and flow- a must.
  • Solid knowledge of internet and mobile technologies.
  • Experience with usability testing and web analytics.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies - write user stories, manage sprint planning.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong execution capabilities, result-oriented and performance-driven.
  • Proactive, out-of-the-box, daring thinker.
  • Sets high standards and holds the entire team to high standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Fluent, high level English in writing and speech. Russian- an advantage.
