Job Description:

An ambitious and invested sharing economy venture is looking for a talented, creative and skilled UI UX designer to join the company.

The designer will work with the design team leader to generate great user experience for all clients.


Responsibilities:

Generate a wide variety of graphics needed across all mediums including desktop, mobile and print- websites, email templates, landing pages etc.

Design elegant solutions to complex workflows.

Build and develop brand identity.

Maintain the company branding look and feel.

Generate wire-frames and ultimate user click flows.

Act as the user-advocate during development, subjecting early-stage designs to usability testing or expert review, and offering suggestions from a user perspective.

Deliver measurable results to platform user experience and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Hands-on proven experience in UI / UX design from an internet company.
  • Deep understanding of UI and UX principles, practices and tools and up-to-date know how of effective UI concepts.
  • Out of the box thinking, eye for design, pixel perfect results and high creativity.
  • Good communication skills, able to take feedback from anyone in any rank.
