Job Description:

A leading social gaming company with more than 200 million users worldwide is looking for a talented and experienced monetization analyst to help drive informed business decisions. The monetization analyst will be able to understand and reflect how users interact with the company's products, using technical and data visualization skills.

 


Responsibilities:

Work with product teams to optimize existing monetization efforts and ensure a successful implementation of new features.

Provide high-level analysis and recommendations to drive revenue optimization.

Create dashboards and data analysis tools to monitor the performance of the products.

Evaluate CRM campaign ROI, A/B testing results and trends among the users.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in analytical work, preferable for a web / mobile company.
  • BA/B.Sc. in Statistics / Math / Engineering or other quantitative field.
  • Strong analytical competencies, with a focus on consumer behavior in digital entertainment.
  • Fluent, high level English in writing and speech.
  • Proven experience leading data-driven projects from the very start.
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL and good Excel skills.
  • Team player with awesome interpersonal skills.
