Job Description:

A globally successful internet company with an outstanding product is hiring an English speaking technical writer.The writer will deliver high end product and technical documents for external partners and developers. Success will be measured by the writer's ability to ask the right questions internally and craft high quality, precise documentation.


Responsibilities:

Produce well-written content, including how-to articles, walk-throughs, feature requests and documentation of known issues.

Ensure accurate information on all projects.

Understand the SDK inside and out to create user-friendly SDK documentation.

Provide integration support for external developers and partners.

Collaborate with R&D teams in launching new APIs.

Gather information from SMEs (subject matter experts) within the business development, product management, QA and support teams.

Deliver under tight deadlines with minimal revisions.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience writing technical, developer oriented documentation.
  • Native English speaker.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to translate complex products into comprehensive documents.
  • Able and willing to take on the SDK documentation challenge.
  • Technical background and ability to explain software features to developers.
  • Flexibility to handle multiple projects and changing priorities.
