Job Description:

A rapidly growing leader in online competitive intelligence that just purchased a promising and successful Israeli start-up is looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer. The designer will design and shape both B2B and B2C products, and collaborate with product managers, engineers, marketing professionals.


Responsibilities:

Develop user experience, user flows and visual design.

Perform user research- conduct interviews and inquiries, identify different personality types.

Collaborate with various teams- including product, engineering and QA- to develop solutions, create reports, demonstrations and other collateral.

Create brand identity from scratch, build and develop it.

Generate wire frames and ultimate user click flows.

Translate requirements into graphical assets definitions.

Manage art delivery and deadlines.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in designing B2B and B2C products - a must!
  • Experience working in an Agile methodology environment.
  • Strong creative drive and a self-motivating spirit.
  • Experience in conducting usability testing sessions, creating interaction models and user flows.
  • Understand UI/UX best practices and patterns.
  • Experience in responsive design.
  • High-level English.
  • Degree from a leading design school (Bezalel, Shenkar, H.I.T., Wizo)- an advantage.
