Job Description:

A performance-based mobile advertising start-up is looking for an experienced affiliates team leader with vast understanding of the mobile industry. The team leader will manage the company's direct mobile publishers supply and build its network activity.


Responsibilities:

Build, recruit and lead the company's mobile network (supply side).

Plan and execute the department's marketing and client strategy.

Participate in building ROI-based tools in order to increase productivity.

Innovate and implement business models and intelligence tools to dominate the industry.

Report to the CEO.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in mobile campaign management and/or media buying.
  • Awesome team management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proven success in sales or Biz-Dev in media and digital advertising.
  • Fluent, high-level English in writing and speech.
  • Driven and proactive with great interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and multitask.
