Job Description:

A global online lottery company is looking for a B2B account manager.

The account manager will take care of the clients' needs, as well as guide new clients in using the company's products. The manager will provide the company's different departments with the clients' feedback.


Responsibilities:

Understand the market, the product and the client's needs.

Manage client accounts on all levels: technical, business, support and product.

Maintain close relations with clients and receive constant feedback and requests.

Introduce new features to clients.


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar position - a must.
  • Fluent, high-level English in writing and speech- a must.
  • Basic product management understanding.
  • Technical background- an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create close positive relation.
  • Experience in Forex/ Binary Options companies- an advantage.
