Job Description:

A unique, innovative social hub and start-up in the medical sphere is hiring a consumer facing product manager. The manager will drive full product development cycle, develop new features and improve existing ones, and of course, measure and analyze user engagement and behavior for optimization purposes.


Responsibilities:

Own full product development cycle in collaboration with designers, engineers, QA and marketing personnel.

Collaborate with developers to implement new features and improve as needed.

Track user behavior and measure engagement.

Leverage data and analysis to optimize critical user flows to improve conversion and growth.

Motivate people through passion for the products you own.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience designing and launching mobile consumer products.
  • Experience and knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills in writing and speech, including presentation abilities.
  • Fluent, high level English in writing and speech.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and projects, while multitasking and prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Statistics or quantitative analysis background.
  • Experience defining simple, intuitive interfaces- able to create mock ups and wireframes.
  • Tech savvy with a passion for new technology and the web.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and human relations abilities.
