Job Description:

A world leading casual web and mobile games developer is looking for an enthusiastic director of marketing.

The director will manage the company's web and mobile product distribution. The director will maximize the company's web gaming portal profitability.


Responsibilities:

Lead large budget campaigns to maximize the company's profits.

Test new networks, channels and work methods in order to optimize activity in these fields.

Work closely with BI and monetization teams to refine the growth models and improve targeting and segmentation.

Collaborate with product managers and game producers to assess and improve the product's marketing techniques.


Requirements:

  • Extensive, vast and proven experience in user acquisition management- a must.
  • Fluent, high-level English and Hebrew in writing and speech.
  • Experience in managing mobile app marketing efforts- an advantage.
  • Experience in working with software sevelopment or data research tools- an advantage.
  • Analytical and exceptionally data driven.
  • Strategic thinker with great planning communication skills.
  • Passionate about games and the gaming industry- an advantage.
