Job Description:

A super-trendy and well invested social mobile application is looking for a talented and experienced head of business intelligence. As the BI executive you will create and manage data and business intelligence strategy and take responsibility for all aspects of leading implementation services and production areas.


Responsibilities:

Build the department's strategy and develop recommendations for improvement based on metrics and trending reports.

Perform analysis on massive amounts of users behavior.

Manage dashboard and analytics capabilities in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data reported.

Collaborate with marketing, R&D and product teams and acquire deep understanding of the company's products and customers' needs.

Lead all BI analysis.

Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how users interact with the company's products.

Identify levers to help move key metrics.


Requirements:

  • Vast experience as a senior leader building a successful, high-visible data and BI teams.
  • Familiarity with the technology aspects of the data and BI capabilities and the implementation oversight.
  • Experience in data mining, testing, analyses and consumer experience optimization.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with experience working at web and mobile startups.
  • Highly analytical data junkie who enjoys working with numbers.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to see the big picture and prioritize among many requests.
