Job Description:

An industry-leading global payments company is hiring a talented, experienced professional to head the risk department. As the department leader you will be responsible for all risk management operational tasks and oversee the compliance, risk and fraud prevention teams.


Responsibilities:

Manage the compliance, risk and fraud teams.

Take charge of organization, prioritization and measurement of key activities in the risk department.

Develop the company's risk controls.

Collaborate with enterprise risk and third party risk in order to compile a full risk management program.

Help support the company's rapid growth.

Work together with business development, product and account teams.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the risk, fraud prevention or compliance fields.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Fluent, high-level English in writing and in speech - a must.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong analytical skills and analysis experience.
  • ACAMS/ACFCS/CISSP certification - an advantage.
  • Background in data science - an advantage.
  • Organized, responsible, dependable, precise.
  • Great interpersonal skills, fast learner and detail oriented.
  • Motivated, results oriented, multitasking, able to prioritize and self manage to efficiency.
  • Adaptable and able to change with the environment.
