Job Description:

A successful software distribution and media monetization company is hiring a senior advertiser team leader. The advertiser team leader will drive full cycle advertiser deals and lead project management to fully on-board and implement campaigns and new accounts.


Responsibilities:

Lead a team of direct advertiser business developers.

Drive for new advertiser recruitment and on-boarding.

Control implementation projects and ensure successful technical and business integration.

 


Requirements:

  • An academic degree - must. Economics, finance or business - advantage.
  • 1-2 years of experience driving business development or sales in the media space or recruiting advertisers.
  • Experience managing programmatic campaigns over AppNexus, ADK2 and similar exchanges.
  • Fluent, high level English in writing and speech. More languages - advantage.
  • Strong English negotiation skills.
  • Leadership abilities, able to lead from the front.
  • Team player, multitasker, self-learner, motivated, fast-paced.
  • Proven ability to execute integrated projects in multiple verticals.
  • Passionate about the internet and performance marketing.
  • Experience in an adtech company or network.
