Job Description:

A well-funded investment house is looking for a talented UI designer to join its marketing team. The designer will work to provide a unique and cohesive experience across all mediums. The designer will create playful, intuitive designs and overall experience for the company's products, design and implement new interfaces and environments, and work within a fast paced department.


Responsibilities:

Conceive, create simple and intuitive user interfaces.

Generate designs that compliment the company's visual brand.

Improve user interface across products, websites and other online assets.

Come up with creative ways to deliver the company's message to the target audience.

Design elegant solutions and graphics for new and existing products and features.

Own projects from concept to the last pixel, present and execute ideas within a schedule.

Collaborate with the product team in working on user interfaces for the company's web application.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience designing user interfaces over web and mobile.
  • Deep understanding of UI and UX principles, practices and tools.
  • Online portfolio - a must.
  • Conceptual thinking both in visual and interactive design.
  • Strong graphic design skills & attention to detail.
  • Ability to work across the entire design flow: sketching concepts, creating wireframes, design and implementation.
  • Experience working in a finance-related company - an advantage.
