Implisit is a highly professional startup with no dedicated HR function – our professional managers recruit in person and conduct interviews at will. Working with HR agencies can be challenging and time consuming, receiving large numbers of irrelevant candidates and wasting precious man hours in interviews.

All of that changed with Join – that truly understand our business, our industry and our professional needs and preferences, and delivers pin-point candidates in small numbers who were highly relevant to our search. We’ve saved time and resources by changing our process and gained a new team member in a professional, intimate process; We will definitely be working with Join in the future.
